Impact Therapy offers a new paradigm to help clients suffering from burnout and depression. This approach specializes in simplifying the problems – and the solutions –, presents a hierarchical intervention to meet the client where he is, and helps him progress through the higher steps. We’ll look at four energy levels, from flat-out to soaring well-being. By examining the symptoms and behaviors typical of depression and burnout, we can devise effective Impact strategies to stop the downward spiral and begin the assent toward a healthy, balanced life. This hierarchical process allows both the clients and the therapists to experience little victories at each step and makes it clear what to do and what to avoid at each level.
